Most of the property is wooded but with three fields. One of the fields is
about 50 acres, another 60 acres and a third about 30 acres in size. The two larger
fields have been used as hay meadows in the past. The trees are mostly post oak,
blackjack oak, live oak, elm, native persimmon, mesquite and prickly ash in the
uplands and along Cibolo Creek there are many large elm, live oak, pecan, post oak, and mesquite. There are a number of senderos and small cleared areas through the wooded areas and two ATV roads along the Cibolo Creek. Wildlife:
There is native population of whitetail deer as well as a number of introduced

stag deer ( 1 big bull, 1 3 yr old bull, 4 large cows and 3 young deer) 10 fallow deer
(2 large males, 5 females and about 3 fawns; about 11 blackbuck antelope (2 large
males, 6 females and 2 young blackbucks); 9 aoudad sheep (2 large rams, 5 ewes and
2 young aoudads, about 25 feral hog of all sizes. Along the Cibolo Creek a good
number of wild turkey come and go. The owner has taken one cull whitetail deer in the fall 2006 season and several feral hogs. Although there are bass and perch,
catfishing is especially good in the Cibolo Creek. Utilities:
